Possibly unrelated...
...but still undeniably true. I love my life. Not just my life, either, I love all life. I love my friends and my family, I love my classes, I love my city, I love my country... I love the whole world. I am so lucky and blessed to be me and living the way I do now. My heart and head are bursting with ideas and unfulfilled hopes, challenges not yet met and adventures waiting in the wings.
I embrace it all, the sun, the rain, the love, the pain. I feel alive.

Lights@Night
So, this is a series I've been experimenting with for a while now. As you may know, I have photographed a few parties for Sorry,Darlin.com. During those shoots I began to try playing with shutter speed to distort the lights and use them to paint abstract forms. It's a growing collection, but here's a few.

Merry Christmas!
I hope everyone had a great one, and that you're looking forward to New Year's as well. I am doing well, happy, loving my family and my friends and the city I live in. I won't be here forever, but for now it's pretty great.
Yesterday I saw Avatar in 3d, which was great. If you're going to go see it, see it in 3d. I also had thai food for lunch and then got a little tipsy on Champagne with my roommate, Miss Mincher. A very merry Christmas, I'd say.
It's been a slow morning today, yogurt is curled up on the couch staring at the wall and I'm watching Meet the Robinsons. I made maple bacon and brown sugar oatmeal for breakfast.
I have also made a meaningful connection. I'm going to be secretive about it for now, but it's making me pretty happy. I just consider it a gift from the Universe.
There are some pictures I've been meaning to upload, of recent projects and such, so here are a few of them.
May peace and love be with you.
